Shipping policy

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing and delivery

Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US holiday start processing the next business day.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you get an email with a tracking link. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder before writing to us: shipping confirmations land there more often than we would like.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain outer box or mailer. There is no product name and no imagery on the outside, and nothing on the label describes the contents. Your card statement shows a neutral descriptor.

Wrong or incomplete address

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it once you confirm a corrected address, or refund the order minus the cost of the returned shipment.
