Track your order
Every Dulune order ships with a tracking number. As soon as the box leaves our warehouse — usually within 2 business days — the number lands in your inbox, in an email titled “Your Dulune order is on the way”.
Track it in two clicks
- Open the shipping confirmation email and tap the tracking link.
- That link goes straight to the carrier's page for your parcel.
Can't find the email? Check your spam folder first — it lands there more often than we'd like. If it isn't there, email us the order number and we'll send the tracking link back the same day.
What the tracking will show
Standard delivery inside the US runs 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. The parcel ships in a plain outer box with no product name and no imagery on the outside, so the carrier's description will read as a generic package.
