1. These terms

This website is operated by Dulune. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order you confirm that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look different from one screen to another, and measurements are approximate. Our products are comfort and wellbeing items. They are not medical devices, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health concern, talk to a qualified professional.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, run promotions, or end them at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

5. Orders we cannot accept

We may refuse or cancel an order, including after it is placed, if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.

6. Discounts

Automatic discounts and bundle prices apply at checkout while the promotion is live and subject to any stated minimum quantity. Unless we say otherwise, promotions do not stack with other offers.

7. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

8. Your account and content

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Any review, comment, or other content you send us may be used by us without obligation, and must not be unlawful, misleading, or infringe anyone's rights.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dulune operates.
